Total Insight Theatre is an award-winning charity that uses the creative and performing arts to transform the lives of children and young people, providing holistic support to ensure they get the right support at the right time to shape their futures and transform their communities.
 
We strongly believe that the arts can change lives and the aim of The Centre is to harness the power of the arts to equip participants with the tools, support and confidence to help them envision a future beyond their current circumstances. 

The underlying values of The Centre include nurturing joy in the creative activities and emotional resilience after the turmoil and disruption of the pandemic, and restoring a sense of hope and endurance in our young people to enable them to believe in themselves and their futures.
