The Kings Arms Project

Community Threads

The Kings Arms Project a charity tackling homelessness, displacement, and isolation in Bedfordshire. Our goal is for all to thrive in a place they call home and live a fulfilling life in community. We have four teams; Outreach, Pathways, Supported Accommodation and a Refugee and Migrant team.

Starting in January 2026 we are planning to launch our Community Threads project which will provide our refugee and migrant clients with the opportunity to learn to sew together, teach each other and practice their English skills. This will give them new skills to be able to work on at home, which will increase confidence and independence and lead to further employment opportunities. Please watch this space or use our website to follow our progress.
